Step 2

Under our Permeable Pavers, we have various layers of gravel which make up our "Permeable Pit". The Permeable Pit will catch the rainfall and prevent overflow into storm drains, etc. Now that we have calculated the amount of surface area we have that rain will fall upon (our 'runoff area' from step 1 above), we can get an idea of how many cubic inches of rain will fall into our Permeable Pit.
